kalau pagi, u boleh ambik big breakfast...ehh hye;)<br /><br />kalau pagi, u boleh ambik big breakfast.. contoh telur, wholemeal bread, cheese, vege.. kalau nak makan jugak kat kedai mamak, i rasa better u makan capati kosong.. hehehe melampau..<br /><br />untuk subway, nak murah ambik sub of the day.. takyah laa minum pepsi.. minum je air kosong.. pastu u boleh taruk cili sos ngan black pepper je.. jangan letak mayo or 1000 island..<br /><br />kalau boleh tinggalkan terus roti comel2 u tu.. biskut rimau serta kacang sekali.. u ambik breakthru or wholemeal bread yang lain..<br /><br />air manis takyah minum laa.. gula pun jangan pandang.. malam2 u ambik makanan dari sumber protein je.. makanan berat2 kalau u terliur jugak nak ambik, u makan awal2 hari so ur body tak simpan sebagai lemak..<br /><br />yang penting hati and otak u kena kuat.. kalau u betul2 komited, u boleh buat punye.. kalau u rasa benda2 ni semua macam drastik sangat, u buat laa slow2.. lama2 dah jadi macam sebahagian dari hidup..<br /><br />fyi, daging ramly tu adelah lemak semata2.. so baik jangan makan burger kalau u betul2 nak turunkan berat u..<br /><br />i hope u boleh terima ape yang i tulis.. i tak pandai nak tulis gaya lemah-lembut-sopan-santun.. <br /><br />ok then.. gud luck.. pesanan i satu je..
